About Use the Rain

My name is Matt Napper and I own and manage Use the Rain. My background is in building and landscaping. Use the Rain provides rainwater harvesting systems to residents and businesses in Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

The growing numbers of affordable rainwater systems installed have so far proved reliable as well as practical. I’m currently developing new products which I hope will help people to save water and money. You can see the latest projects and some past examples on the news page.
